Every Conceivable EndMill Holder

Lyndex-Nikken is pleased to offer End Mill Holders in any conceivable configuration. In addition to inch and metric bore holders in all CAT, BT and HSK styles, a few of the stock-standard offerings available include Extended Length Tools, Straight Shanks, Aerospace Specials and NMTB holders.

All of Lyndex-Nikken's End Mill Holders are manufactured with high attention to detail. This provides the best taper contact and highest rigidity to create side-lock holders that can handle even the most rugged heavy-duty machining applications.

Complete Range of Boring Tools

Lyndex-Nikken offers a complete range of modular boring tools. Balance-Cut, Dual Insert Roughing tools are available from 1" to 20" in diameter. ZMAC finishing boring tools are available in standard and high-speed versions from 5/8" to 7" in diameter. The shoulder support and locking screw ensure stable operation and consistent quality.

The extensive range of heads and spacers can be combined to suit all boring applications.

Premier Supplier

Lyndex-Nikken is the premier supplier of 5C, 16C, R8 and 3J collets in North America. These collets are offered in inch and metric, square and hex versions, as well as machineable styles. Step collets feature a soft face that is easy to machine to size.

Multiple Solutions

Lyndex-Nikken offers multiple solutions for drilling applications.

One solution, the Integral-Shank Drill Chucks, are manufactured by Nikken and feature a capacity of up to ½" diameter.

Many Available

Lyndex-Nikken also offers straight shank tools, Jacob Taper Chucks, and Morse Taper Holders in CAT, BT, NMTB, and R-8 shanks.
